You can choose to utilize insurance or EAP benefits for services, or you can choose to self-pay for therapy services. We can talk through these options and decide what is best for you.
All fees, co-pays and deductibles are due in full at the time of service. Please let us know if you need assistance in determining your benefits. Credit cards, HSA cards, and cash are accepted.
